Electronic Data Discovery (EDD)

EDD required solutions range from simple conversion of these documents into single or multi-page images(TIFF, PDF) through to more complex de-duplicated, Boolean or key word searches and concept/context searches. Regardless of complexity, the ultimate objective is to convert the initial data set into a subset that can effectively be reviewed and/or produced by the requesting party consistent with the objectives of the case.

The end product can come in several deliverable forms. It can come converted to TIFF or PDF, or it can be delivered in its native format with the native file hyper-linked to the accompanying database. Almost all deliverables are produced with a database containing the image path and associated meta-data. In many cases a deliverable is loaded into one of many web based review platforms.
