Imaging

ID approaches your imaging needs by working in reverse from your objective. To find the best solution we explore the avenues that balance time and cost justification with your objectives. We determine this optimal route by relying on our expertise. Digital imaging is one of our core competencies.

At Innovative Discovery we know how important it is to get the job done correctly and on time. That is why we pride ourselves in going steps beyond our competitors to provide superior quality services.

The digital copy process, from beginning to end, is managed and monitored closely by our highly trained Project Managers. Unlike most of our competitors, we assign a dedicated Project Manager, as opposed to a Sales Representative, to ensure quality and to take ultimate responsibility for successfully completing your projects. The Project Manager acts as a consultant to the client and helps draft the project specifications in a Statement of Work (SOW) so that the final product is exactly what the client wants.

In addition the numbering process is done digitally to avoid human error. No more unnecessary suffix pages due to gaps in numbering. Also, and most importantly, each page is viewed twice by two different operators that compare the originals page by page to the digital copies to make sure that the copies are of high quality and that all pages are imaged.

Finally, Innovative Discovery uses a custom tracking system that tracks each box through the workflow. Each box is clearly labeled with the project name, number, and even bar-coded. At any given time we can tell you exactly where your paper is in our process. Your mind will be at ease knowing that your boxes will not be lost or misplaced while in our custody.

Not only does scanning have many advantages over traditional copying, scanning also saves you time and money! A typical traditional copy process involves copying the originals, Bates labeling the copy set and then recopying the copy set with Bates numbers. However, the scanning process only involves scanning the originals once, digitally numbering the images and blowing back the images, which is much less expensive.
