Innovative Discovery, LLC (ID) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data that is gathered and maintained on behalf of employees requesting consumer data inquiries. In addition to the statements above, ID acknowledges the regulations set forth, and abides by the
Safe Harbor Policy.
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
Innovative Discovery receives data pertaining to legal proceedings ranging from employee computer shares to internal corporate documentation from accounting, marketing, R&D or personnel departments: as well as a wide variety of information resulting from forensic analysis. Data is also received via mail, email, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), forensic collection or person to person pickup or delivery.
ACCESS
If a customer at any time becomes concerned about their information, or wants to revise or reassess their information they may contact Innovative Discovery’s privacy officer at
privacy@id-edd.com. ID will then take the necessary actions to correct, alter, or remove info that concerns the customer. Adequate information pertaining to the customer will be requested, such as name, address, phone number, and email address in order for the specific adjustments to be made. If ID feels more information is needed from the customer for security reasons, they will be asked without hesitation.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All complaintants should refer issues needing attention to Innovative Discovery privacy officer, James Perkins (
privacy@id-edd.com) for immediate consideration. If the problem is not resolved, individuals are encouraged to contact
EU DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITIES.
