Innovative Discovery receives data pertaining to legal proceedings ranging from employee computer shares to internal corporate documentation from accounting, marketing, R&D, or personnel departments: as well as a wide variety of information resulting from forensic analysis. Data is also received via mail, email, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), forensic collection or person to person pickup or delivery.


If a customer at any time becomes concerned about their information, or wants to revise or reassess their information they may contact Innovative Discovery’s privacy officer at ID will then take the necessary actions to correct, alter, or remove info that concerns the customer. Adequate information pertaining to the customer will be requested, such as name, address, phone number, and email address in order for the specific adjustments to be made. If ID feels more information is needed from the customer for security reasons, they will be asked without hesitation.
