As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, our organization has been monitoring these fast-moving developments. The safety of our employees, customers, and community is our number one priority. Given the extreme nature of the situation and the potential health risk, we have decided to transition all non-essential permanent employees to a remote-work model effective tomorrow (March 13). Our Arlington document review center remains open while we work with our clients for the best on-going strategy.
A year ago, Innovative Discovery made significant investments in processes, security, and technology to support a remote workforce. Today, more than half of our executives, managers, and employees work remotely from around the country. Because of this effort, we can seamlessly transition to an almost entirely remote workforce with very little effort or disruption in our ability to service our clients, all while maintaining the highest levels of security.
We are committed to serving our customers and are confident we are implementing the appropriate measures during these unique and unprecedented times.
